Customer Service Policy
(1)This policy applies to all BEHEART products legally sold on formal channel platforms in the People's Republic of China (except Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao).
(2)Necessary conditions of warranty: BEHEART products have quality problems caused by their own reasons during the warranty period.
(3)Basic conditions of warranty: after-sales service center of BEHEART will provide invoices with a two-year free warranty service for consumers, replacement of parts or the whole product according to the situation. According to the national regulations, the goods can be returned and replaced within 7 days and replaced within 15 days. For more information, please contact service center or authorized agent of BEHEART.
